Pre ELSA 2013 Congress workshop
Specialists from over a dozen countries gathered at Min-Sheng General Hospital yesterday for a workshop on Laparoscopic Metabolic Surgery. The workshop was organized as delegates from the Asia-Pacific region visit Taipei for ELSA 2013, the 11th congress of the Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery Association.
